Elegant Grecian style one shoulder evening gown in black with gold and rhinestone bead work inserted into the tuck pleated bodice. Lancetti was a couture house in Rome in the 1950's and 60's presenting cocktail and evening wear for discriminating buyers. To my knowledge this superbly hand tailored evening gown dates from the early to mid 1960's. In excellent condition, well suited for a tall, size 2 client.
